A celebration of creativity and inclusion

.

Unframed is a joyful celebration of creativity, community, and inclusion, presented by GIFSA . As Esperance’s local NDIS provider, GIFSA supports people with disability through a range of personalised services. One of these is a weekly art club, where participants are encouraged to express themselves, build confidence, and connect through art.

Over recent months, artists from the program have worked closely with staff and Teaching Artists to develop a vibrant and immersive exhibition experience. Unframed showcases their imagination, individuality, and talent, offering a window into the perspectives of artists living with disability in our region.

This exhibition is proudly neurodiverse and family-friendly. Visitors are invited not only to view the work, but to get involved. Contribute to a growing LEGO installation, thread some wool, or engage with other sensory elements designed to spark curiosity and creativity. It’s an experience you can step into, not just observe.

We warmly invite you to join us for the opening night on Friday 25 July from 5–7pm. This free community event will feature live music, drinks, nibbles, and the chance to meet the artists behind the work. Everyone is welcome — come along and celebrate the power of art to bring us together.
