Mindfulness Through Art Making (teens)
Designed as a little taster that combines mindfulness with art making to help enhance well-being. During this 3 hour workshop you will be guided through a series of creative and fun exercises to give you tools you can take with you for your everyday life, that will help you to connect with your inner wisdom.
Tutor: Esti Nagy
Art and design have always been a big part of Esti’s life. She studied graphic design and illustration at Curtin University, later earning a degree in landscape architecture to further expand her design career. She is a practicing artist of many years, focusing on painting and drawing. Esti recently qualified as an art therapist in order to bring together her two main passions: making art and helping others access their creativity and power to heal from within. Esti is experienced in tutoring and running art therapy groups.
