6:30PM - 8:30PM

Starts: Thursday, 15 November

Member $100
Non Member $150

Relax, re-set, rejuvenate. In these 4 workshops, qualified art therapist Esti Nagy will lead you through a series of experiments and explorations using a range of art mediums in order to expand and deepen your mindfulness toolkit.

Designed to give you time to connect to yourself, to play and to celebrate your creativity, the workshops will be held in the spirit of fun, curiosity, exploration and gentle self-challenge. You will experiment with a range of art mediums and techniques such as acrylics, acrylic flow painting, watercolours and inks, pastels, oil pastels, collage, and clay. No previous art making experience required, only an open mind and a willingness to play. You will create several artworks to take home, however the focus will be the on the creative process rather than art skills.

So make yourself a cuppa, or pour yourself a red, and come and join us in the cozy art-room for a couple of hours of fun and relaxation in an intimate and supportive atmosphere.
