Course Description

Learn how to make delicious food without cooking!  Raw food retains more of the nutrients of the ingredients used, and can be both simple and delicious.  During this 3 hour workshop you will make a savoury dish, and two desserts - plus you’ll get to eat the finished products!

Tutor Bio

Karli is an Esperance local who has a passion for food and healthy eating.  She ran Green Kitchen Co., which presented healthy eating workshops and pop-up cafes with a focus on clean eating.  Karli now lives on a farm with her partner, two foster children, lots of animals (including dogs, chooks, cows, horses, and a Llama called Kendrick) and a huge, much loved veggie garden.
